Steve ranted "yes you do get ****ted on because you arent doing your job, ... blah blah blah...." Steve, you really need to read the eBay selling rules. You state that you can gripe at the n54 moderators for not doing their job. Yet you state your refusal to give Mark his refund is based on the fact that he griped about you on the NS board about how you were not doing your job. eBay rules state that the seller is responsible for getting the things they sell to their buyers, period. I don't see anywhere on eBay any clauses about how that changes, if the buyer tells others about it. Sure, Mark probably should have gone to the FBI first; but we all live and learn.
