The price is a dead giveaway
I'll pay $20 all day long for ANY Ted Williams card from this era in the same grade as that card.
I doubt if I even get one offer
As there are NO Ted Williams cards for $20 from the 40's era, even a 1947-66 Exhibit Williams in low grade sells for more than that
Just use common sense
If this card was in a SGC or PSA slab it would be a $200++ card all day long
Remember, there is No Santa Klaus in the kard hobby
You get what you pay for 99.9% of the time
Of course we do get lucky once in a while
