There have been several threads on this set. I think the consensus now is that the square corner ones are not original to 1947. I believe Ted mentioned that a few of the cards were reissued in the early 50s with square corners, and these can be distinguished from the more recent reprints by the color of the stock. Do a search on this website for previous threads about this. There is a lot more information.
