David; Could you let me know anything you know about his arrest and arraignment ? It wasn't in the local papers here ( Harrisburg, which includes Mechanicsburg ). There are a whole handful of collecting buddies who will get a big kick out of this.
I know him personally and unfortunately I think you'll have little or no chance getting any money back. They don't come any shadier than him.
