Hi Jason,
Maybe this will help. I just picked this up as an upgrade for my set. It to has the marks you are speaking of. E90-1's are commonly found with these marks and many of the cards in my set have them. Some marks show up better than others while most are light in contrast. They are not proofs simply printers marks. They do not add any value to the card. Honestly, I don't think proof's exist from this set.
