I was looking over the D311 Peckinpaugh PSA 7 in the last Goodwin Auction (9/18/08) and noticed a strong and very irregular black frame along the picture, of the 12 or so D311's that I have had - I never noticed this.

Does anyone own D311's with this type of printing?

BTW, the pic does not come out that strong in the scan.
