Greg ThebergeGlad to see Marty's post. He hit the nail right on the head. Theoretically at the time (i.e. prohibition), malt production was also done for "medicinal"/tonic purposes.
Along the same lines, the Yuengling brewery operated a dairy during Prohibition to stay alive. I do believe these are your Yungling Ice Cream cards.
