While I tend to agree that there needs to be less govt instead of more, this idea of a collectors association is not some new thought. It has been talked about for the last 30 yrs, in the hobby. Actually, I am all for whatever gives collectors (myself included) more confidence in our great hobby. The FBI has certainly made us aware that there are in fact regulations.....I think all comments on this subject, when kept at least slightly civil
