Bruce, this is an excellent idea. I would also suggest getting the major grading companies involved. $100 for an annual fee would be worthwhile if we could get some of the fake stuff out of the market. We might also want to get our state and local legislatures involved to come up with stronger laws and penalties for selling questionable items.
