Personally, I consider series 7 and 8 the most difficult to find. Over the past few years of watching these cards, I tend to see very few 7s and 8s and when I do see an 8, it is usually one of the easier examples from the set (Fischer, Bayless, Perdue, etc.).

Also, series 4 and 5 cards are a bit underrated for their rarity, in my opinion. Series 5 contains possibly the most difficult cards in the entire set, I know many set collectors need it and it was the last card needed to complete a collector’s set last year.

I completed the second series earlier this summer and had a fun time doing it. In general, the cards were affordable and collecting them was a decent challenge. Despite their availability, there are certainly two very challenging cards in the set (Levy and Zimmerman).
