Frank WakefieldA really great source of information is The Encyclopedia of Baseball Cards Volume 3, by Lew Lipset. This volume of work by Mr. Lipset is vital to understanding early 20th century tobacco issues. So really try to find that.
The big Standard Catalog has a good listing of the T210 cards in the back in the old minor league section.
Joe Jackson in series 8 and Casey Stengel in series 6 would be the very difficult cards, financially.
This that follows are some thoughts of mine that some folks might not share (or care): The cards from series 8 and series 6 are the most difficult, for slightly different reasons. Series 7 cards are close behind 8 and 6. Cards from series 2 are the easiest to locate, with series 1 and 3 very close behind. In series 6 some cards are more plentiful than others, Goostree leaning on his bat is less plentiful than the other version of Goostree with his hands behind his back.
Are you interested in a particular series, or cards of a certain city???
Here's a scan of one of my Old Mill red border tobacco cards.
