Yes only to #5, and only with a moistened Q-tip. It seems as if I only find cards that are just plain dirty. Being raise Catholic and beaten by nuns, I have guilt issues when thinking about the others, but don't feel funny for taking a little solidified dust off.
Great survey by the way and not sure if "moistened" is really a word, but it is fun to watch people cringe when you say it out loud.
