Jay Publishing Photos. They were sold in team packs throughout the late 1950's and through the 60's. They were sold in team sets of 12 each year.

Edited to add...I think yours is from 1958 (as I believe that is the first year they were made), and if I remember right Jackson was only with the Dodgers in '56 and '57, so it could be an early 58 issue
