Frank WakefieldIn his nasty email to me, he said he saw that I'd not left feedback and his star rating was at some level... then after I'd left feedback his star rating had gone down. And he said he was neging me for that.
I'd bought 2 T206s. And both were genuine. I left 2 positives and honest stars. He left me one neg. Realistically he could have left 2 negs. I think he left a positive, then deduced the star thing, and left the neg.
I think this guy has contacted eBay and has described how this board is anti-eBay and wants to do harm to his ratings.
I hope eBay does contact me about all of this. And they'll notice up there in my July 12th post that I said "I'm ok with you giving him a pos for the returned card"... Still, I'm all for anyone who buys stuff from him and feels that he deserves a neg, for leaving him a neg.
It is partly eBay's fault. They give these guys financial incentives to have 5 stars, so the sellers raise hell if they don't get 5 stars...
I've thought of starting a thread here asking which is more important to an eBay bidder, for the seller to have 100% positive or close to it, or for the seller to have 5 stars on everything or close to that?? Which is more important, positives or stars???
Makes me think of Star Bellied Sneetches.
