Wow - that's gotta be one of the most arrogant things that I have seen someone say about their website in a long time. Beckett actually expects people to visit the site repeatedly just to figure out the navigation?

I know you're just the messenger, Brandon, but riddle me this: Did Beckett perform any true research prior to launching this?

I'm sure if you did, you'd find that if a user can't figure out the website the first time they visit, they're not going to go back.

Beckett has become more and more irrevelant to me over the years and this redesign seals the deal.

Good luck to Beckett in the future. I just hope that one of these days, you guys stop taking your customers for granted.
