SpikeLike some, I only use Beckett for limited purposes.
1. Seller marketplace, primarily for modern oddball cards of players I collect. It's a good umbrella for lots of vendors and I probably spent $200 there this year.
2. Create an "authoritative" list of cards for a given player. Beckett is the only site I've seen with an ability to search a vast array of sets according to player name. It also represents my only use of the "My Collections" section. (Nothing that I "own" shows up there, it's just a few lists of player names.)
3. Show calendar
#1 is pretty much unchanged, so #2 is more significant. The player search works fine for me, includes some info about the sets, and directs me to sellers. I'm OK with the searching front end and facet elements along the left sidebar. Guess that's a thumbs-up!
