Brandon - I don't find the main web-site objectionable from a user-experience standpoint, but the "discussion" section is a disaster. There is an accepted presentation of message boards, where a user is first presented with a list of forums and then can pick a forum and see threads within it. It seems Beckett is trying to present something different and that's the cause of the confusion.

This reminds me of the launch of Windows Vista where the interface was different enough from all previous version of Windows to cause people major headaches, but Microsoft said "just keep using it, you'll get used to it." The difference is that Windows is the #1 OS and people don't have many other options.
