not to beat a dead horse, it is printers scrap...tagged "brown-yellow", seller is an "expert" in these oddities.......i have 2 of them myself, same factory,
yes, there are quite a few of these, relativley speaking...
theory-
a few more mistakes at this factory, a lucky recipient....havn't seen a wagner missing color, but i could be wrong!!!!then a possibilty would exist....chances are that somebody swiped a few at that particuliar day, they are sweet cards!!
personally, condition isn't a huge factor !!!
