I realize that the images are a very important factor and we started grabbing them in January. By doing this has also created a big cost to us and the reason why we needed 2 more servers. As well we now have one person that has to go into an image section of or site in the backend and select the image that will be stored. Most sellers put more then one image up on eBay and this is a very timely process.
