barrysloateDave- in the 80's and early 90's there was not a lot of interest in E-cards. I remember that at a time when I was actively stocking tobacco cards, I was always a little leery of the candy issues. They were difficult to sell.
About 15 years ago I bought a collection of about 30 E99 and E100 for something like $25 a card. There was even a Type II in the group. I was concerned that I had too many of these obscure cards (can you imagine that) and I flipped them to another dealer for about $35 a pop.
E cards were sellable back then but they moved slowly; T205, T206, and other popular tobacco issues sold much more easily.
