Bruce BabcockAnybody going to the Cubs game on Friday, August 1? I'm wondering what's the best way to get there from the Convention Center area (I'm at the Hyatt).
I'm actually taking AMTRAK from LA to Chicago so I'm leaving Monday night. I'm shooting for the "longest trip to the Convention" record (41 hours if the train is on time), as opposed to furthest distance traveled.
Why? Trains are another hobby of mine. BTW, anybody have a "ballpark" idea of the cab fare between Union Station and the Convention Center area?
I'll be at the NET54 dinner Thursday night if anyone wants to coordinate travel plans to Wrigley on Friday.
