MattI contacted them a few times in the past over ebay asking them if they could give me a better price on a few cards; the only time I ever got a response was to let me know they would ask Levi, but they never followed up. I'm sure if they've got what you want at a price you want, their service is great on the fulfillment side, but I don't even bother contacting them anymore.
