I have a T200 premium of the Cleveland team. It is banged a bit, and I've not seen another. But I don't think Fatima sent out only one of them. I doubt it is unique.
This is a 2004 Topps Cracker Jack mini white card of Al Leiter. If Topps is to be believed, it is 1 of 1, unique. Not because it is signed, not because no others have been found, nor graded... but because Topps issued only one white background mini Cracker Jack card for each player in that set.
