The fact that Larry Fritsch did not acquire the Russell Doyle is moot (in my opinion).
As, once an item (yes, this includes a BB card) is dedicated to a museum (or similar
type of institution), there is NO-WAY anyone can purchase it....not even Larry Fritsch.
