On pure aesthetics, I think the N28/N29 sets are the best looking 19th century sets. Radbourne is not in either one, but Anson is in N28 along with 5 other HOFs. N28s are not too tough in ex, ex/mt, nm due to the heavy card stock. Some, like Comisky are very tough in super high-grade.
