my house needs work that cant ignore. Cant have a 5 figure baseball collection with a leaky roof amoung other messed up things with this house. with a car if you buy a lemon you can return it..? with a house if you buy a lemon you have a money pit!
still looking at taking out other lines of credit but selling the set seemed to be the most reasonible (sigh)
eddited to say that I will still keep a few cards no matter what.. some blank back slers and the upside down young... in the words of bill murray from caddyshack.."so I got that going for me.. which is nice"
