Wasn't there a Bill Bergen who played for the Eagles?

As far as PSA's demise, I think the GAI meltdown is a pretty good indicator of how people who wanted out of PSA would handle it; crack and submit or cross overs to whoever is left. Honestly, though, I don't see PSA vanishing even if the parent got into major trouble. The name and assets would be worth either spinning off or selling through bankruptcy.
