First off the way that this was handled by Beckett was top notch.

This particular situation gives them a great opportunity to assert themselves as one of the more reputable companies in a business that isn't seen as very reputable at times.

I know it's an uphill climb for Beckett but would love to see this and other things to follow set new trends in trust in the grading business.
