These 2 books are a must have...... they will answer 95% of the questions you may have about PreWar cards sets (Net54 can answer the last 5% )

"2008 SCD Standard Catalog of Baseball Cards" (2009 will come out sometime in Sept. or so)

"The Encyclopedia of Baseball Cards" by Lew Lipset
