How can you defend/brush off this lvel of quality by stating that the graders don't make much money.

And Barry, how can you agree?

Granted, the cost to grade each card is typically not that much. But, nowhere in their advertisement does it say "don't expect any quality because we don't get paid that much". In any service there should be the expectation of at least a minimal standard of quality, especialiy in the area of grading where such large amounts of money are spent.

I would expect more outrage than that.
