Default E98 questions

Posted By: Bob

Highest priced cards in the E98 set, IMHO, are Cobb closely followed by Wagner which has been gaining steam, Young and Mack. Chase isn't even close. I'd say that Chase auction was an aberration.
The two toughest cards in the set are Vaughn and Coombs. Dahlen, Kling, Walsh and Tenney are in the next group of scarcity. The Ed Walsh is a wild card. Rarely seen in mid grade (or higher) condition. This card's prices are very erratic and have huge swings based on timing. I have seem it sell for as little as a Lajoie (still a stout price) or as much as a Young.
I think right now the Wagner is the "hottest" card in the set and Mack is on fire also.
