Default EBAY GONE MAD!

Posted By: Darren

I guess I'm misunderstanding something here. I understand that negative feedback does not disqualify a seller/buyer, etc. Disqualification from Ebay is due to repeated nonpayments for a buyer or nondelivery of items for a seller--regardless of feedback. It seems to me that it would be easy to prove either and thus nullify any misguided claims. Proof of payment is easy, as is proof of delivery(with proper postal services).

In my experience Ebay has provided me (albeit as a buyer) proper notification and opportunity to defend my stance. I do see how both sides could take advantage of the system for personal issues though (but that would be dishonest--and we know card people are not dishonest ).
