Default HRKs backs with line on bottom edge

I noticed something a bit unusual on the back of the Brooks HRK card that I just picked up. On the bottom of the back there is a line(s), and a hint of the front border design. In fact, 2 of the 5 HRKs that I own show this feature.

Hopefully these scans with show this design.
