Yes, BGS/BVG is included in the list of accepted graders.

Also, there is a list of about a dozen or so cards that ebay only will allow to be sold as graded, including the 52T Mantle, T206 Wagner, Gretzky RCs, Michael Jordan RCs, etc. I have the list at work and can post in a day or two unless someone else has the list handy.
