Dave "Highpockets" Gregg pitched in one game on June 15, 1913. In one inning he hit a batter and gave up two hits, allowing two runs to score. That was his only major league appearance. One game for Cleveland.

Dave is seen on the T200 Fatima cards, which realistically doesn't fit the definition of this thread, since he's on the small Fatimas and the T200 premiums. Dave stands in the middle of the back row, between his brother Vean Gregg and Cy Falkenberg.
