First of all this ebay one isn't similar to the very recently cataloged E-Unc Oakland Oaks issue of 1910, from the few examples I have seen, and the one I own (below). I am not quite sure what this one was that was on ebay.....nor did I see it ...I consider the 1910 Oaks cards to be quite rare....Don't know what the ebay card is, offhand....
