Robert {Bigb13}Well if it was a month or two ago I would not have left any feedback at all. Because if I left a Negative back then we all know I would have gotten one in return. I think the new system is good in the respect that if a transaction like this one happens we can leave the proper feedback without worrying about getting one in return for no other reason but revenge. He could have emailed me and explained it to me or he could have offered me a different card or maybe I would have been happy with the refund but not to get in touch with me was not the right thing to do. And yes over the years there were times I should have left Neg's but did not because of the fear of retaliation. Rob
