Alan - Pelty's no scarcer than any other T204, but he commands 3x-5x the price of a common in the same condition, as does Cicotte. I think Barney is the only Jewish player in the set.

Murnane is another interesting character - player as early as 1872, part-owner, sportswriter, president of the NE League. The Naugatuck, CT library has a cool profile of him with a great looking cabinet: http://www.biblio.org/whittemore/murnane.htm.
