Not one authenticator that I know of offers any kind of insurance ("errors and omissions"), which would cost a fortune. You have to depend on authenticators who are the best in their field, and not some of the hacks that have been discussed on this board. Believe it or not, competent authenticators have a very,very low error rate (or they wouldn't be in business!),
