This could be interesting and something I haven't really given much thought to until now. I quoted Burdick verbatim from the ACC 1967 edition. The one I have is a 1988 reprint. I assume you are also looking at the ACC, and if so, what edition is it? I remember Tom B saying something about an older version having some different info in it than the copy I have. I typed it the way I see it which is different than what you just wrote.
