I'm looking to buy a set (1933 Goudey PSA Rank #16) and wanted to make a fair offer...someone told me to plug the grades into a VCP...Whats that? I've only been collecting for a couple months so I am not to familiar with the vintage sportcards ways or terminology - anything would help..>THANKS!!
