Mark - Stew Dazzo appears out of the darkness and works silently - there is much mystery surrounding the great Stew P Dazzo and any moral certainly could not begin to explain how he does what he does. (I don't know)

Regarding the final value, I have never been down this path, but I believe there would be a dispute once the item ends in which the buyer would have to justify why he didn't pay, at which time, ebay could see what was going on and take appropriate action. I would imagine that ebay, having already rendered their services, would not be inclined to refund anything to the seller if it was shown he was acting incorrectly.
