That would be great to stick this scum seller with Ebay's fees. But doesn't ebay refund the final value fees, once the seller documents the "no sale"?

As a seller, I have twice dealt with renegging bidders who never paid for the respective items. Each time, I simply filed a "non-paying dispute" (or whatever Ebay calls it) and my fees were immediately refunded.

Also... for those of us much newer to this board... I've figured out that Stew P. Dazzo is a false alias who bids on bogus pieces on Ebay. But how does it work? Is there just one phantom guy who bids, with no intention of paying? If so, how does "Stew" remain in good enough standing with Ebay to retain his ability to bid?
