Brock and Steve,

I originally thought it might be Goudey 4-in-1, but ruled that out because:

1. It is blank back
2. No name on front
3. Border is white

It is close in size to what 1/4 of a '35 Goudey would be though.

So you think it is definitely only part of a whole card?
