Unless you are the seller, why does it matter?

Actually, it does matter if you are a buyer. You want the seller to sub-optimize their returns so that you can get a better deal.

Think how much you saved by them not following your advice…


As for the best way to sell it, I am sure some industrious folk will flip the card at some point – it wouldn’t be the first time. Then we can be best educated as to the proper way to sell one.
