Rob, I couldn't agree more. I collect antique posters and it is an open fact that damage in the posters are restored. Some of these posters are rarer than any baseball card - and even more expensive -- and no one bats an eye at restoration. Why? Because that's just the way it is. As it will be with baseball cards someday, probably.
