My wild imagination says that the 2nd Series Plank cards (Factory 30 NY), were primarily intended for distribution in the greater
New York area. Thus, ATC tried to circumvent the "cease & desist" order that American Caramel forced on ATC regarding their
portrayal of Plank on any of ATC's tobacco cards. But, this did not go unnoticed by either Connie Mack, Daniel Lafean, or Eddie
Plank. So, once again ATC had to yank their Plank.

This of course assumes my theory regarding Am. Car. vs ATC is valid.
