As you should have gathered from the serious tone of my last post, I was partly joking about the whole matter. But I did read your post with some care, and I deny that Crawford is manifestly more deserving than Clarke. I think that they are both very deserving, worthy of Baseball Writers status. Still, I'll bet that Clarke's team could beat Crawford's in a best of seven series.
