Rob D.Please don't draw any conclusions from this lone example. The only experience I've had submitting a PSA MC was this Lajoie. I sent it to SGC in a PSA 2(MC) holder and it came back as an SGC 30/2. The improvement was pretty much unexpected, though I must say that I thought the MC qualifier was a little harsh.
