Hi Mark,
I have seen the "30" on the bottom of about 15-20 different Sweet Caps over the years. I assume that it is the factory or sheet number, but I don't have any evidence to support it.
The miscut's with the name at the top are much more common, as I have 40-50 myself. Be well Brian
